I'll be teaching a class at the Greenhouse Studio

On Thursday, August 11, at 9:30 am, please join me as I lead a yoga class on Divine Mother Mudras and Morning Salutation practice. The session will take place at the Kang Ren Clinic on Northwest Road (1720, watch for the sign with the dragon):

The Greenhouse Studio is a lovely spot for yoga, with a heated floor and airy breezes to compliment the surrounding full length windows and abundant veggies, herbs and peach tree.

We will learn hand yoga (mudras) for prayer and the moon /  sun salutations for blood flow.

Mudras will be as taught at the Yashodhara Ashram, and to increase circulation for feet and hands we will greet the four directions with both the moon and sun salutatory movements.
